WATER REQUIREMENTS:
Water hardness should be tested before installation for proper filtration to be installed. There should be between 2-4 grains per gallon of hardness goign into the machine. Repairs due to imroper water filtration are not supported by warranty.

DRAIN REQUIREMENTS:
The Rocket Espresso Boxer requires an open gravity drain beneath the machine. It's our recommendation that you drill a 2.5 inch hole directly beneathwhere you will place the machine.
*Please note, space is required beneath the counter of the espresso machine for drains, pipes, and filtration.
